You will then make the short journey to the marina at Balloch where you will board a luxury cruiser to see the “bonny, bonny banks” from the best vantage point, the loch itself.

On returing to Edinburgh enjoy a spectacular evening at Rhubarb, one of Edinburgh's finest destination restaurants. Located within a 17th-century country house hotel this richly decadent, stylish and glamorous restaurant occupies two exceptionally grand Regency oval rooms hidden at the heart of the lavishly restored Prestonfield House.

DAY THREE - Highland Perthshire & The Famous Grouse Whisky Experience

Journey into scenic Highland Perthshire to visit Crieff and the Glenturret Distillery, the oldest working Distillery in Scotland and home to the Famous Grouse Whisky Experience. Here you will enjoy a private tour allowing you to watch the process of making malt whisky, learn about the art of nosing and blend a selection of whiskies to produce the perfect result.

Following a delightful lunch in the Distillery’s excellent restaurant, you will continue north over the Highland fault line, through the beautiful Sma' Glen and onto the "Birks of Aberfeldy" and the small cathedral city of Dunkeld.

On returning to your hotel rooms you will find an invitation to what is sure to be the highlight of your stay in Edinburgh - a spectacular Gala Dinner held onboard the Royal Yacht Britannia.

For over 40 years the Royal Yacht Britannia proudly served the British Royal Family and entertaining today is no different than when she was on state duty welcoming royalty and world leaders. Britannia’s Pipe Major will welcome you aboard via the Royal Brow and into the State Apartments for a champagne reception with accompaniment from the onboard pianist.

Bonham Hotel

Situated in Edinburgh's West End, the Bonham is just a short walk from the city's many excellent shops and boutiques and all of the top sights of this magnificent city.

The luxurious bedrooms have an individual, contemporary design, with large bright and airy windows. The huge comfortable beds and abundance of cushions and throws ensure that your stay is truly relaxing.

Bonham Hotel

The Hotel's stylish restaurant is famed for its innovative and contemporary cuisine with strong European influences. The restaurant has established a reputation for creative and quality dishes, which resulted in its 2 AA Rosette status. The modern Bonham style is far from traditional and the restaurant has a real European style where natural and organic ingredients abound to produce the best seasonal flavour.

Dalhousie Castle and Spa

Dalhousie Castle and Spa is a 4* Hotel which boasts luxury accommodation with the exquisite grandeur and elegance expected of a 13th century Scottish Castle.

Dalhousie Castle

Located on the outskirts of Edinburgh, this unique Castle Hotel is an urban oasis - secluded in a 50 acre Scottish estate, it provides the rare blend of tranquillity and city proximity.

Whether relaxing in the fabulous Aqueous Spa, enjoying one of the library’s extensive collection of books or a drink from the ‘secret bar’ next to the open fire, you will always feel as welcome as the ‘Laird’.

In the evening you may choose to dine in the Hotel’s restaurant which is located in the Castle Dungeons. The quality of the cuisine and its unique setting make dining at Dalhousie anything but ordinary.

Dalhousie Castle

Descending the worn flags of an ancient stone stairway you are ushered into the barrel vaulted dungeons to enjoy excellent traditional Scottish cuisine that features fresh local produce such as Salmon, Venison, Grouse and prime Scottish Beef.

The Orangery, with its sweeping views over the gently flowing River Esk, offers a more informal environment plus a lighter and more contemporary menu.
